Random Randomness... Once a week we combine all of our leftovers and have leftover night (the boys favorite). Last night we made a leftover casserole and it was surprisingly very delicious! When we were all done there was quite a bit left over and we had a situation that we have never had to ponder on before... "Do you save left over leftovers?" LOL Some might think that our decision is unfathomable, but the casserole was just too yummy to waste so we saved it! The boys are currently eating it right now for their lunch and are enjoying every bite. :)
