This summer has gone by so fast!
There are so many things that we haven't had time to post, but we're going to throw down some pics and do a huge update & try to stay as current as possible...
for the next little while at least!
Drake is now steady on his feet and quite the independent little man!...His vocabulary is ever expanding and his curiousity is so interesting to watch & sometimes a little painful as he learns about the world around him!

Drake loved parade season and the 4th of July celebrations...He wasn't too fond of the carnival, but the rides were limited for someone his size!
We were able to go camping on the 24th of July, but we got rained out and ended up packing up in the middle of the night and heading home. It was definately a fun adventure for the 3 of us while we were able to enjoy it!
Drake loved playing with his cousins and has been very excited that he is big enough to keep up with them! He also discovered swings and he'll swing away for hours at the park if we let him!
We said goodbye to Toddzie or Uncle TaTa as Drake lovingly refered to him...he moved away to Texas to go to college & it broke Drake's little heart...

Our little Turkey is doing really well!...at our 28 week checkup the baby measured 4 days farther along then it should be and 12 ounces bigger than average! We were told that it will probably be a good 8+ pounder like Drake :) A healthy baby is always a good one...we also got pictures of the face & feet and it definately has the signature Peterson forehead!
9 weeks to go!
We said goodbye to Summer with the Annual Peterson Family Campout! We went to Gooseberry in Manti Canyon and had fun visiting with the family! Drake wasn't too happy because of the rain and he was teething some molars but for the most part he did pretty well!
