Our Farewell to Texas...

We Spent our last day in Texas at the Gainsville Zoo!

The weather was wonderful and the kids loved seeing all of the animals.

It was a fun filled adventure and a good way to end our vacation!

At the end of the day the kids were exhausted and we all went home for a much needed nap!

That evening we visited and didn't want to go to

bed because we knew in the morning we would have a quick goodbye.

We ended up staying up a little too late and almost missed our flight, but we made it in time and holding back tears we said our goodbyes not knowing when we would see each other again.

We already miss sunny Texas and Dad & Family

but...

It's good to be home!

Easter!

HAPPY EASTER!

As soon as Drake saw what the Easter Bunny had brought him he started yelling "YEAH! OH! YEAH!" He grabbed his basket and went to town...Phoenix loved his basket & has already chewed the 3 little stuffed animals that came in it to death ha ha! The Easter Egg Hunt was really fun and Drake loved every minute of it!

Other things may change us but we start and end with family...

The family reunion was wonderful...It was so nice to catch up with everyone and finally show off our boys to the family! The whole day was filled with laughter and it was bittersweet to see it end. It is hard to not know when we are going to see these wonderful people but it brings us peace to know that even though there is a physical distance between us our hearts are always bound tightly together!
